- Flake the imitation crabmeat into small pieces using your hands or a fork.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, chopped celery, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sugar, and parsley.
- Gently stir the mixture until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, give the salad a final stir. Serve chilled.
Notes
You can substitute imitation crab with fresh crab if available. Add a dash of Old Bay seasoning or cayenne pepper for extra flavor. Serve with crackers, on lettuce wraps, or in sandwiches.
