Ingredients
  

Sauce Base
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise regular, not flavored
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup store-bought or homemade
  • 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients (mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt) into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together until the mixture turns salmon-colored and is completely smooth.
  3. Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
  4. For best flavor, let the sauce rest overnight (24 hours) to allow the flavors to meld together properly.

Notes

Storage: Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days in an airtight container.
Substitutions: If you don't have Worcestershire sauce, you can substitute with balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, or fish sauce.
