  • 5 cups Chex cereal any variety works
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine the dark chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the cereal. Stir gently to avoid breaking the cereal pieces while ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Place the powdered sugar in a gallon-sized zip bag.
  5. Add the chocolate-coated cereal to the bag with powdered sugar. Seal the bag and shake vigorously until all pieces are completely covered with powdered sugar.
