- Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel the orange and lemons. Chop the ginger and turmeric into smaller pieces (no need to peel them).
- For Blender Method: Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer and press the pulp to extract maximum juice.
- For Juicer Method: If you own a juicer, simply feed all ingredients through it. This method extracts more juice and requires less straining.
- Pour finished shots into small glass bottles or one larger container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Shake before drinking and start with half a shot to test your tolerance. Consume on an empty stomach for best absorption.
