- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until completely smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold chilled grapes into the cream mixture using a large spoon. Coat each grape without crushing them.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and chopped walnuts until combined.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar and walnut mixture evenly over the grape mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving. Serve cold.
Notes
Storage: Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. The salad may release some liquid over time, which is normal.
