Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Mango Puree
  • 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2-3 dashes Orange Blossom Water
  • 2 oz Sparkling Water or Club Soda (chilled)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Mint sprig or edible flower For garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger or Measuring Spoons
  • Strainer (Hawthorne or fine mesh)
  • Serving Glass (Highball or Coupe)

Method
 

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  2. Add mango puree, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and orange blossom water to the shaker.
  3. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Gently top with chilled sparkling water or club soda.
  6. Optional: Give a very gentle stir.
  7. Garnish with a mint sprig or edible flower, if using. Serve immediately.

  • Use high-quality, ripe mangoes for the best flavor if making fresh puree.
  • Orange blossom water is potent; start with 2 dashes and add more only if desired.
  • Adjust simple syrup based on the sweetness of your mango puree and personal preference.
