- Prep Mango: Wash, peel, and chop the fresh mangoes.
- Combine: Add mango chunks and pineapple juice and sweetened cream of coconut and coconut milk and lime juice and ice to the blender.
- Blend: Put the lid on. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust: Add more juice/milk if too thick. Add more ice if too thin. Blend again quickly.
- Serve: Pour into chilled glasses right away.
- Garnish: Add a mango slice or cherry or mint if you want.
Notes
- Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best taste.
- Make sure to use sweetened cream of coconut for the right flavor.
- Chilling your glasses first makes the drink extra nice.
- Best when fresh. If you have leftovers, keep them covered in the fridge for up to 1 day and re-blend before serving.
