Mango Daiquiri Mocktail

A super refreshing and easy non-alcoholic blended drink. This Mango Daiquiri Mocktail recipe uses sweet mango and tart lime for a delicious tropical taste everyone loves. Vegan and gluten-free too!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons  Simple Syrup (adjust to your taste)
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • Lime slices or wedges and fresh mint leaves (Optional: For garnish)

  • Blender
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Lime Squeezer (optional but helpful)
  • Serving Glasses

Method
 

  1. Put the frozen mango lime juice simple syrup and cold water in your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed. Keep going until its smooth and looks like a thick slushy (about 30-60 seconds).
  3. Check how thick it is. Too thick? Add a little more water blend quick. Too thin? Add more frozen mango or a few ice cubes blend quick.
  4. Taste it. Does it need more sweetness? Add a bit more simple syrup and blend for a second.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses right away.
  6. Add a lime slice or mint leaf if you like. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Frozen mango works best for that icy texture! If using fresh add about 1 to 1.5 cups of ice.
  • Sweetness depends on your mangoes so taste and adjust the simple syrup.
  • Always use fresh lime juice if you can. It tastes way better.
  • Drink it right after making it for the best frosty texture.
