Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Fresh Ripe Mango Chunks (from 2-3 large mangoes)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (pulp-free suggested)
  • 1/4 cup Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups Chilled Sparkling Water or Club Soda
  • Fresh mint sprigs or thin lime wheels or small mango cubes (Garnish)
  • Ice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Blend mango chunks and lime juice until smooth.
  • Optional: Strain puree through a fine sieve into a large pitcher.
  • Stir in orange juice and simple syrup into the pitcher.
  • Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Just before serving, gently stir in chilled sparkling water/club soda.
  • Serve immediately over ice in glasses. Garnish if you like.

Notes

  • Fresh, ripe mangoes give the best taste.
  • Change simple syrup amount based on how sweet you like it and how sweet the mango is.
  • Using cold liquids and chilling glasses makes the punch more refreshing.
  • Add the sparkling water last to keep it bubbly.
  • You can make the base mix (without sparkling water) up to 4 hours early.
