Method
- Blend mango chunks and lime juice until smooth.
- Optional: Strain puree through a fine sieve into a large pitcher.
- Stir in orange juice and simple syrup into the pitcher.
- Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, gently stir in chilled sparkling water/club soda.
- Serve immediately over ice in glasses. Garnish if you like.
Notes
- Fresh, ripe mangoes give the best taste.
- Change simple syrup amount based on how sweet you like it and how sweet the mango is.
- Using cold liquids and chilling glasses makes the punch more refreshing.
- Add the sparkling water last to keep it bubbly.
- You can make the base mix (without sparkling water) up to 4 hours early.
