Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Fresh Ripe Mango Chunks (from 2-3 large mangoes)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (pulp-free suggested)
  • 1/4 cup Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups Chilled Sparkling Water or Club Soda
  • Fresh mint sprigs or thin lime wheels or small mango cubes (Garnish)
  • Ice for serving

Method
 

  1. Blend mango chunks and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Optional: Strain puree through a fine sieve into a large pitcher.
  3. Stir in orange juice and simple syrup into the pitcher.
  4. Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Just before serving, gently stir in chilled sparkling water/club soda.
  6. Serve immediately over ice in glasses. Garnish if you like.

Notes

  • Fresh, ripe mangoes give the best taste.
  • Change simple syrup amount based on how sweet you like it and how sweet the mango is.
  • Using cold liquids and chilling glasses makes the punch more refreshing.
  • Add the sparkling water last to keep it bubbly.
  • You can make the base mix (without sparkling water) up to 4 hours early.
