- 1 cup Fresh Mango Chunks (from about 1 ripe mango)
- ½ cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar (Optional)
- ½ cup Sparkling Water or Club Soda (Cold)
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- Fresh Mint Sprigs or Lime Wedges or Thin Mango Slices Garnish (Optional)
Put the fresh mango chunks and orange juice and lime juice in a blender. Add sweetener now if using.
Blend on high until its all smooth and creamy.
Taste it. Add more sweetener or lime juice if you think it needs it.
Fill two glasses about halfway with ice.
Pour the mango mix over the ice, filling glasses about ¾ full.
Top each glass with cold sparkling water or club soda.
Stir gently.
Add a garnish like mint or lime or mango slice if you want. Serve right away.

To make a pitcher: Multiply the ingredients. Blend the fruit base, keep it cold in the fridge. Add ice and sparkling water just before serving.
