Method
 

  1. Roughly chop the banana and quarter the peeled orange, then add both to your blender.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and your choice of water or milk to the blender.
  3. Turn the blender on high speed and blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Taste the smoothie and add 1-2 teaspoons of honey if you desire extra sweetness. Blend again briefly to combine.
