  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon adds warm, festive spice
  • 1 pinch salt enhances all other flavors

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Glass bottles or mason jars
  • Measuring Cups

Method

  1. Gather your ingredients - Have everything measured and ready before you start blending.
  2. Add liquids to blender - Pour water, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and coconut milk into a high-speed blender.
  3. Include spices - Add the ground cinnamon and salt to the mixture.
  4. Blend thoroughly - Mix on high speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and well combined.
  5. Chill properly - Transfer to glass bottles or mason jars and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Overnight chilling is even better for flavor development.
  6. Serve and enjoy - Shake well before serving, pour over ice, and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cinnamon stick.

Notes

Storage Tips: Keep refrigerated in airtight containers for up to one week. Always shake before serving as ingredients naturally separate.
Variations: For a richer version, substitute one can of coconut milk with cream of coconut. For a virgin version, omit the rum. Add a pinch of nutmeg or vanilla extract for extra depth.
Expert Tip: Use full-fat coconut milk for the creamiest texture. If you notice any lumps after blending, strain through a fine mesh strainer.
