Method
- Prep Rim (Optional): Rim serving glass with lime juice and Tajin.
- Blend Base: Combine mango, jalapeño, lime juice, and agave in blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until pureed.
- Strain (Optional): For extra smoothness, strain through fine-mesh sieve.
- Assemble: Fill prepared glass halfway with ice. Pour mango mixture over ice (about 3/4 full).
- Top: Top off with chilled sparkling water.
- Garnish & Serve: Stir gently, garnish, serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño amount and seeds/membrane inclusion to control spice level (see Pro Tips).
- Use ripe, sweet mango for best results.
- Fresh lime juice is highly recommended over bottled.
- Base mixture (without sparkling water) can be made up to 1 day ahead and stored refrigerated.
